Isaac (Itshak) is a tap dancer, choreographer, and educator based in South Florida who has been dancing for over 25 years. He began his training at Yuval Beck Tap Studio and later trained internationally, including at the tap program at Jacob’s Pillow under the direction of Michelle Dorrance and at Luthier Danza in Barcelona under the direction of Guillem Alonso.
He performed with Tapestry Dance Company in Austin, Texas under Artistic Director Acia Gray, taking on leading roles that combined tap dance, acting, and live music. As a choreographer and performer with Vocal Connection Vienna–Tel Aviv, he created original work that fused tap dance with opera alongside a live orchestra.
Isaac has taught and performed at international festivals and programs, and has received top awards at tap festivals in Prague, Sweden, and Barcelona. His teaching blends classical tap foundations with a contemporary approach, emphasizing versatility across different techniques, musicality, creativity, and strong fundamentals. He believes in creating a positive and empowering environment where dancers can grow with confidence while developing their own artistic voice at Evolution X.
